In her spare time, you’ll find her singing, playing piano, reading, loving on the Grands, hiking and laughing through life with Hubby, Mark in the Buckeye state.

There was a period of time in my life that was very challenging. I had started an event business that had grown to be very successful. With success comes its own challenges. There simply was not enough of “me”. This resulted in a time of burnout and stress as I was doing the work of too many people. I reached out to Michelle to help me talk through my dilemma. The coaching conversation occurred while walking the property. Relaxed, yet professional and personal. Michelle asked several questions about my plans for the future. I just couldn’t see a way forward. Through her mentorship she helped me consider the possibility of using an individual who was already working closely with me and watching and learning at the same time.
With additional training they could step in and help take over some of my responsibilities. I already knew this employee and had full confidence and trust in them. This observation was one that I couldn’t see on my own. Her questions opened up a possibility that I hadn’t considered. The enlightenment that came that day changed the course of me and my spouse’s life. Within two weeks I had promoted this employee. Eventually this led to me being able to retire alongside my spouse. Michelle’s coaching was life-transforming for me!
